This training is led by Celine, CPCP — an official trainer of the State of Arizona and a trainer member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals. She is a full-time practicing permanent makeup artist who works with real clients daily, bringing current, real-world experience into every class.

The instruction is not based on outdated theory or limited teaching environments. Instead, it is built on hands-on client work, real case management, and the day-to-day operations of a functioning studio.
